QVPN Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of QVPN, provided by QuantumRonics Pvt Ltd.. By accessing or using QVPN, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by law. If using QVPN for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

2. Accounts and authorized access

Accounts may be provisioned, synchronized, enabled, suspended, or removed by an organization administrator or configured directory integration. Self-registration may not be available. Use only assigned accounts and access, keep credentials and authentication codes confidential and promptly report suspected compromise.

3. Permitted use

Use QVPN only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your organization’s policies, applicable licence and these Terms. Do not use it to violate law or rights, distribute malware, conduct unauthorized access or scanning, interfere with networks, evade lawful security controls, or disrupt the service or other users.

4. VPN access and network activity

QVPN provides encrypted network connectivity using protocols and configurations supported by the applicable client and deployment. SSTP, IKEv2/IPsec, site-to-site connectivity, MFA, directory authentication and routing options depend on product version and administrator configuration. A VPN does not guarantee anonymity, uninterrupted connectivity, or protection against every threat.

5. Security responsibilities

• Protect credentials, MFA devices, certificates, private keys and recovery information.
• Use supported and updated devices and client software.
• Do not bypass organizational policies, access controls, licence limits, or administrator restrictions.
• Report suspected compromise or vulnerabilities promptly to your administrator or QuantumRonics support.
• Access only networks and systems for which you are authorized.

6. Logging and privacy

QVPN processes account, authentication, connection, device-posture, security and administrative records as described in the QVPN Privacy Policy: https://quantumronics.com/qvpn/privacy-policy. Current connection logging includes source and assigned VPN IP addresses, timestamps, duration, transferred volumes, protocol and event details. QVPN does not intentionally record DNS queries, destination websites, ports, URLs, hostnames, browsing history, or packet contents as a browsing-history log. Other network participants or infrastructure providers may independently observe activity.

7. Licence and subscription

Access may depend on a valid licence, subscription, seat allocation, tenant entitlement, or other commercial arrangement. The applicable order, licence, or signed customer agreement governs fees, term, renewal, usage limits and commercial commitments. Access may be restricted when an entitlement expires, is revoked, or exceeds configured limits.

8. Administrator controls

Authorized administrators may provision or remove users, configure authentication and MFA, apply access policies, bind devices or IP addresses, review operational connection information, terminate sessions and suspend or disable accounts. Session termination or suspension may interrupt access without deleting stored data.

9. Account deletion and termination

Where available, users can initiate account deletion through the deletion option in QVPN Settings. The current workflow requires password confirmation, makes the account unavailable and starts a 30-day pending-deletion period. Logging in during that period cancels the request; otherwise, permanent deletion is scheduled after 30 days. 10. Third-party services

QVPN may depend on operating systems, network connectivity, identity providers such as LDAP/Active Directory or NPS/RADIUS, email delivery, VPN gateway software and other third-party components. Those services have their own terms, policies, availability and limitations. QuantumRonics does not control independent third-party services, subject to responsibilities that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Availability and limitations

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or universally compatible operation. Maintenance, network conditions, client/device configuration, gateways, hosting infrastructure, third-party dependencies, licensing and security events may affect service. Unless a separate signed agreement expressly states otherwise, no specific uptime, failover, or recovery-time guarantee is provided.

12. Intellectual property

QVPN software, interfaces, branding and documentation belong to QuantumRonics or its licensors, except third-party materials and user/customer materials. Subject to these Terms and the applicable licence, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use QVPN for authorized purposes. No ownership rights are transferred.

13. Suspension and termination

We or an authorized administrator may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address security risks, investigate suspected unlawful use or material breach, protect users or systems, comply with law, or enforce licence or organizational restrictions. Where practicable and legally permitted, notice may be provided. Termination of access does not itself erase all records.

14. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QVPN is provided on an “as available” basis, subject to express commitments in a separate signed agreement. We do not warrant that QVPN will meet every requirement, operate without interruption, or prevent every security incident. Commercial liability caps, exclusions, indemnities and risk allocation between QuantumRonics and a customer are governed by the applicable signed customer agreement. These Terms do not create a separate general fee-based liability cap or a general indemnity obligation for all users. Nothing excludes liability where prohibited by law.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and courts in Pakistan shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory legal requirements and any valid written customer agreement that expressly provides otherwise.

16. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as QVPN or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will be published at https://quantumronics.com/qvpn/terms-and-conditions.
